What's on a member's profile
A member's profile is where you see everything about one guest - their contact details, products, bookings, payments, and history - and manage their account. This is the guest view for members and one-off guests, not your team.
Available to owner, admin, manager, and staff. A few actions, such as granting complimentary products, need owner, admin, or manager.
Open a profile
1. Go to Guests -> All guests.
2. Search by name or email, or use the role filter to narrow the list.
3. Click the person to open their profile. A guest badge means they checked out without setting up a login; an unclaimed badge means they were imported but have not activated their account yet.
What you can see
Contact information - their email and phone.
Products - their memberships, credit packs, and access, with current balances.
Tax status - age band and date of birth, which drive Danish VAT.
Marketing - whether they are subscribed to email marketing and whether push is enabled.
Activity log - a timeline you can filter by Comments, Bookings, Payments, Memberships, Credits, Attendance, Email, and SMS.
What you can do
Change their email - click the pencil next to the email. See Change a member's email address.
Resend their activation link - if they are still unclaimed. See Why a member can't log in.
Add an internal note - a staff-only note stored on the member. Members never see it.
Add tags - label members so you can group and find them.
Grant complimentary products - from the Products card, click Add to give a free membership or credits. See Grant a complimentary membership and Issue complimentary credits.
What you can't change here
A member's name and phone number belong to their own account, so you cannot edit them from the dashboard - the member changes these themselves. The email field is the exception: you can set a studio contact email for them. The only public-facing name you set is for your team - see Change a teacher's public name and photo.
Good to know
Internal notes and comments are staff-only. Members cannot see them.
Complimentary grants do not notify the member. Tell them yourself if you want them to know.
