Resend a team member's invite
If a teacher or team member's sign-up link has expired, or they never received it, you can send a fresh one. There is nothing to reset first - until the person activates their account they stay pending, so resending simply sends a new, working link and the old one stops working.
Available to owner, admin, and manager.
Send a fresh link
1. Go to Guests -> All guests.
2. Find the person. Search their name, or use the role filter to narrow the list.
3. Open their profile.
4. If the invite went to the wrong address, fix it first: click the pencil next to their email and save.
5. Click Resend activation link. Ferb queues a new activation email to them and confirms with "Email queued".
Good to know
The Resend activation link button only appears while the person is still pending. Once they have activated their account there is nothing to resend.
Resending always sends a brand-new link. Any earlier link, including an expired one, stops working.
Fix the email address before resending if the first invite went to the wrong place.
Pending people also show a Pending accept badge under Settings -> Team and under Planning -> Teachers, but you resend from their profile in Guests.
