See one teacher's classes and shifts
You can pick out a single teacher two ways: highlight them inside the schedule editor, or open their own schedule from Planning. Both are view aids - they do not change the schedule or notify anyone.
Available to owner, admin, manager, and staff. The editor is scoped to one location at a time.
Highlight one teacher in the editor
1. Go to Schedule -> Overview and click Edit schedule. Choose a location if you are asked.
2. Look at the staff sidebar on the left. Hover it to expand it, or click a name to keep it open.
3. Use the Search box to find a teacher, then click their name. A pin appears on their avatar.
4. The schedule now highlights only that teacher's classes and shifts; everyone else is dimmed.
Click the pinned teacher again, or press Esc, to clear the highlight. Hovering a name without clicking previews the same highlight until you move away. Under each name the sidebar also shows how many items they have in view and their total time, for example "3 classes · 3h 45m".
Or open their schedule from Planning
1. Go to Planning -> Teachers. This menu item is labelled with your studio's staff term, so it may read Operators, Teachers, Coaches, or whatever you have set.
2. Click the person you want.
3. Open the Schedule tab, just below their name.
4. You see that person's classes, with Upcoming and Past views.
See classes without a teacher
In Edit schedule, the top of the left sidebar shows whether any classes have no one assigned. When some are open it is marked with a yellow warning triangle and a count, for example 3 unassigned - it reads All assigned when none are. Click it to highlight every class and shift in the schedule that still needs a teacher.
Good to know
Highlighting is a view aid. It does not hide, move, or reassign anything, and no one is notified.
In the editor, the totals and highlight follow the location, week, and view you are looking at.
The sidebar lists people who can be assigned in this location. If a teacher is missing, check they have access to the location. See Who can be assigned to schedule items.
