Overview
When members are imported into Ferb from an external platform (for example Yogo or Mindbody), some of them may not have activated their Ferb account yet. The Members page shows an "unclaimed" badge next to these members so your team can quickly see who still needs to finish setting up their account.
When the badge appears
A member is flagged as an unclaimed import when all of the following are true:
Their record has an imported-from source set (they came from a migrated platform, not a member created directly in Ferb).
Their activation state is still pending_activation.
The workspace is not a Bruce client account (Bruce client workspaces do not show this badge).
Previously this badge only applied to members imported specifically from Yogo. It now applies to members imported from any supported source, including Mindbody, as long as their activation is still pending.
Where to find it
Go to Dashboard > Members. Members matching the criteria above display an "unclaimed" badge in their row. Once a member activates their account, the badge is automatically removed.
