Check guests in
Mark members as arrived from the class roster. Check-in opens 30 minutes before the class starts.
Any staff role (owner, manager, staff, or teacher) can check members in, for the locations they have access to.
Check members in from the admin dashboard
Go to Schedule -> Overview and click the class.
On the Roster tab, members are grouped under Not here yet and Checked in.
Check someone in with the round check button next to their name, or use Check in all in the footer to check in everyone at once.
For a member with more than one spot, use the count control to check in some or all of their spots.
Appointments have a single Check in button that checks the member in.
Check members in from the staff app
Open the Staff App.
Go to Schedule -> Overview and click the class you want to check people in on.
Check someone in with the round check button next to their name.
For a member with more than one spot, use the count control to check in some or all of their spots.
What happens
Once all of a member's spots are checked in, their booking shows as attended.
Check-in feeds the member's attendance history.
Undo a check-in
In the Checked in section, use Revert next to a member to set them back to not checked in. You can do this at any time.
Notes
Check-in opens 30 minutes before the class start time. Before that, the check-in buttons are disabled and show "Check-in opens 30 min before start".
Partner (Bruce) bookings check in through Bruce and show a Checks in through Bruce label instead of a button.
Troubleshooting
The check-in button is disabled. It is more than 30 minutes before the class starts, or the booking checks in through a partner.
Some check-ins did not complete. For a member with several spots, Ferb refreshes and shows which succeeded; try the remaining ones again.
