Mark no-shows
Ferb records no-shows automatically. There is no button to mark a member as a no-show. If a booked member is not checked in shortly after the class ends, Ferb records it for you.
How no-shows are recorded
About 10 minutes after a class ends, Ferb reviews each booking. Anyone who was checked in counts as attended; anyone who was not checked in is recorded as a no-show.
A no-show is added to the member's attendance history and can trigger your no-show email, if you have one set up.
You do not need to do anything for this to happen.
Getting attendance right
Because no-shows are based on check-in, the step that matters is to check members in during class. Anyone you do not check in is recorded as a no-show after the class ends. See Check guests in.
Fix a no-show recorded by mistake
If a member attended but was not checked in, open the class roster and check them in. To correct a booking that has already been settled, open the member on the roster, click Manage booking, and use the reason Marked no-show by mistake.
Your no-show policy
Your cancellation deadline and no-show policy live under Settings -> Rules & policies. The cancellation deadline controls whether a late cancellation returns the member's credit. See Configure no-show rules.
