Customize branding
Set how your studio looks to members on your booking pages, member portal, and widget: your logo, an icon, a brand colour, and the corner style. A live preview shows your changes as you make them.
You need the owner role.
Set your branding
1. Go to Settings -> Branding.
2. In Brand assets, upload:
- Logo and Logo for dark mode - the full logo shown in the booking header.
- Icon and Icon for dark mode - a square logo for app icons and compact places.
Each accepts PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP, up to 2 MB.
3. Set your Brand color (a hex colour). It is the main colour on member-facing surfaces.
4. Choose a Corner radius: Square, Rounded, or Round.
5. Click Save changes.
The Live preview updates as you go.
Good to know
Your brand colour and corners apply to member-facing surfaces: the booking flow, member portal, and widget.
Emails are styled separately. Changing your brand colour here does not change your emails; set the email colour in the email template editor. See Configure transactional emails.
This page sets logos, one brand colour, and the corner style. It does not set fonts.
Troubleshooting
Save changes is disabled. Nothing has changed, or an upload is still in progress.
An image is rejected. Use a PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP under 2 MB.
"Enter a valid 6-digit hex colour." Use a colour like #02A056.
You cannot change branding. Branding needs the owner role.
