Get a booking link for open access
Open access is a drop-in service, like an open sauna or open gym. Unlike appointments and products, open access does not have a one-click Copy booking link button yet, but you can still let members book it from your website.
You need the owner or manager role for the widget option.
The easiest way: add an open-access button to your widget
If you use the Ferb booking widget on your site, add a Book button for your open-access service directly in the schedule:
Go to Website and click Edit appearance.
Turn on Show an open-access button.
Choose the Service, an Icon, and the button colours.
Save.
Members can then book that open-access service from your embedded schedule. See Customize your booking widget.
Linking to it directly
If you want a direct URL (for an email or a button), the address is:
```
https://your-studio-slug.ferb.co/open-access/{service-id}
```
You can find the service ID in the address bar when you open the service under Planning -> Open access.
Troubleshooting
The open-access button is greyed out in the widget editor. The service needs a location and either a day pass or a free price to be bookable.
