Configure membership access
A membership's access is what it actually lets a member book, and how much they can book. You set this on the membership form, in the Credits and Included services sections.
You need the owner or manager role.
Choose unlimited or credits
In the Credits section, pick how the membership works:
Unlimited - members can book anything included, as often as they like. Nothing is counted.
Credits-based - members get a set number of credits each billing cycle, and each booking spends some. Set Credits per cycle, and optionally turn on Roll over unused credits with a cap.
Your studio may call credits something else, for example points or punches.
Choose what is included
In the Included services section, click Add services and choose what the membership covers:
Classes (class types)
Appointments (appointment types, or specific variants)
Open access / doors
For a credits-based membership, set how many credits each service costs per booking. Set a service to 0 to include it for free even on a credits plan.
Leave the included services empty to give unrestricted access to everything.
Good to know
Credits reset each billing cycle. Use Roll over unused credits if you want unused ones to carry over.
If you change what an active membership includes, Ferb asks whether to apply it to current subscribers or save it as a new version for future ones.
Services must be available at the membership's locations. If the membership is scoped to specific locations, only services offered there can be included.
Troubleshooting
Saving is blocked with a scope conflict. A service you included is not offered at the membership's locations; remove it or widen the location scope.
A service you removed still shows. Access rules for archived services are kept so existing members are not affected.
