Create credit packs or bundles
A bundle (or credit pack) sells a set number of prepaid credits that members spend on bookings. Create one under Products.
You need the owner or manager role, and the credit packs module turned on (see Choose studio terminology).
Create the bundle
1. Go to Products -> Bundles and start a new bundle.
2. Fill in the details:
- Name and an optional Description.
- Status - Draft, Published, or Hidden.
- Price, and Total credits - how many credits the bundle grants.
- Expiry (days) - how long the credits stay valid after purchase. Leave blank for no expiry.
3. Under Access rules, choose what the credits can be used for (classes, appointments, or open access), and optionally the credit cost per booking for each. Leave it empty for unrestricted access.
4. In the side panel, set the Location scope, the Tax (legal entity and tax slot), and the display Sort order.
5. Click Create bundle.
Good to know
Your studio may call credits something else - points, tickets, or sessions.
To make a bundle available, set its Status to Published. Save it as a Draft first if you have not set up a legal entity and tax slot yet.
Troubleshooting
The Bundles page is missing or disabled. Turn on the credit packs module under Settings -> Setup.
Saving fails asking for a legal entity or tax slot. Add a legal entity and tax slot under Settings, or save as Draft for now.
A service will not add to the access rules. If the bundle is scoped to specific locations, the service must be offered at one of them.
