Set who can use a discount
Limit a discount to certain customers with the Eligibility section. Leave it empty and the discount applies to everyone.
You need the owner or manager role.
Add conditions
1. In Eligibility, click Add condition.
2. Choose a field and a value. The available conditions are:
- Has active membership
- Visit count
- Lifetime spend
- Member tags
- Membership plan
- Location
- Order total
3. Add more conditions if you need to. With two or more, set Match to All (every condition must be true) or Any (at least one is enough).
Good to know
With no conditions, the discount applies to every customer.
There is no single "first-time customer" condition. The closest is Visit count (for example, equals 0) or Has active membership set to false.
You target customers by tags, membership plan, location, and thresholds, not by picking individual members.
Troubleshooting
The Match (All / Any) option is missing. It appears once you have two or more conditions.
