Limit a discount by dates and uses
Control when a discount runs and how many times it can be used, in the Active dates and Maximum discount uses sections.
You need the owner or manager role.
Set active dates
In Active dates:
Set a Start date and Start time (defaults to now).
To make it end, tick Set end date and choose an End date and End time. Leave it off and the discount runs indefinitely.
Limit the number of uses
In Maximum discount uses, tick either or both:
Limit number of times this discount can be used in total - set the Maximum total uses.
Limit number of uses per customer - set the Maximum uses per customer.
Leave both off for unlimited use.
Good to know
Once a discount has been used, you cannot delete it; archive it instead.
Troubleshooting
Your end date will not save. The end must be after the start date and time.
