What the Ferb Staff app is for
Ferb Staff is a free mobile app for your teachers and staff. It is where they see their schedule, browse and pick up open shifts, and handle class substitutions from their phone. It is separate from the Ferb dashboard, which is where you run the studio.
What it does
See the schedule - teachers see the classes they teach; owners, managers, and staff can see the whole studio's schedule.
Substitutions and open shifts - a teacher who cannot make a class can post it as an open shift or ask a specific teacher to take it; another teacher accepts, and, depending on your settings, a manager approves. See Understand how substitutions work.
Notifications and profile - staff get push notifications about shift changes and can set their profile, language, and calendar sync.
Good to know
It is one app called Ferb Staff on the App Store and Google Play, not a separate app per studio.
Sign-in is invite-only. People can only use it after you invite them. See Get your teachers onto the Ferb Staff app.
It is for staff and teachers. Members use your booking site, not this app.
