Browse and install integrations
The integration store is where you connect Ferb to other tools: marketing (Klaviyo, Meta Ads), calendar feeds, sales channels, and more. This article covers the shared flow; each integration also has its own setup article.
You need the owner or admin role. Managers and staff cannot manage integrations.
Browse the store
In the sidebar, open Integrations.
Click Add integrations to open the store. If you have none yet, use Browse integrations.
Tiles are grouped by category (marketing, operations, sales channels, and more).
Install an integration
Click Install on the integration you want.
Review the Before you install notices in the dialog, then click Install again.
Ferb opens the integration's setup page. Follow its steps to finish connecting.
An integration you have added but not finished shows Requires setup; a connected one shows Connected.
Manage installed integrations
Open Integrations to see everything you have installed, with its status.
Click Finish setup, Open, or Configure on a row to open its settings.
Use the row's ... menu to Pin to sidebar for quick access, or, where available, Uninstall (removes the integration and its settings; you can install it again later).
Good to know
Accounting connections (e-conomic, Dinero) are set up under Settings, not the store.
Some tiles show Coming soon and cannot be connected yet.
Troubleshooting
You cannot see or add integrations. Managing integrations needs the owner or admin role.
"Install failed." Try again; if it keeps failing, contact Ferb support.
There is no Uninstall option. Not every integration can be uninstalled; some are removed differently or by contacting Ferb support.
