Connect Klaviyo
Connect Klaviyo to send your booking, membership, and attendance events to your Klaviyo account, so you can build email, SMS, and push flows from your studio data.
You need the owner or admin role, and a Klaviyo account.
Get your Klaviyo API keys
In your Klaviyo account, go to Settings -> API Keys and copy:
Your Public API Key (also called your Company ID or Site ID).
A Private API Key (keep this secret). Give it read access to Lists and Segments if you plan to sync those.
Connect in Ferb
Go to Integrations -> Add integrations and install Klaviyo (see Browse and install integrations).
Paste your Public API key and Private API key.
Click Send test event. Ferb sends a test event to Klaviyo to check the keys.
When the test passes, click Enable to start sending live events.
Your private key is stored encrypted. Once connected, you can click Sync all member profiles to send your existing members to Klaviyo.
What Ferb sends
Ferb sends events (bookings, memberships, attendance, purchases) and member profiles to your Klaviyo account. Members are only subscribed to marketing based on the consent they gave in Ferb.
Troubleshooting
"Private API key rejected by Klaviyo." You pasted the wrong key; use the Private API Key (starts with pk\_), not the public ID.
"Klaviyo rate limit." Wait a minute and try again.
The connected page shows delivery health (success rate and last error) to help you spot problems.
You cannot connect Klaviyo. This needs the owner or admin role.
